We're counting down the days to Christmas and most that I talk to are running around frantically getting things done. From last minute gifts, dinner preps and of course, craft projects completed. Today, I wanted to bring back some of my favorite holiday cards over the last six months and I've called it the December Mash Up! If you are looking for a last minute holiday card, I hope this will help you.
Here are my Top 12 Favorite Holiday Projects for 2012!
1. Mr. Penguin
2. The Skates
3. The Tree
9. Bingo!
12. Elegant Ornament
You can find all these products in my Online Store!!
I almost forgot to share my Color Challenge for the week. GASP!
I always post it on my Facebook Page on Tuesday's if you want a head start.
Bright, fun, a little bit of Rock n Roll. That describes this card in a nutshell. This new Sale-a-bration stamp set called Feeling Sentimental is one of my fav's. It's beautiful with vintage images and I'm in love. The paper, Sycamore Street, is SO fun and bright. This is really going to be a GREAT Sale-a-Bration this coming year. Are you getting excited?
There are all kinds of new products on this card. Below you can see the supplies I used.
Supplies Used:
Stamps: Feeling Sentimental, That's the Ticket
Cardstock: Rich Razzleberry, Island Indigo, Very Vanilla
Ink: Rich Razzleberry, Island Indigo, Calypso Coral
Accessories: VIntage Trinkets, Sycamore Street DSP, Sycamore Street Ribbon's & Button's Pack, Island Indigo Bakers Twine, Ticket Duo punch, Large Rhinestones
I used the Rock n Roll Technique to complete this card. When creating with this technique, start with your lightest ink and then work your way up to the darkest. Roll the stamp image over the ink pad to get a beautiful pattern of color.
I think this wraps up a GOOD Thursday.
I know the next few days will be busy for so many. Keep the Christmas spirit alive and enjoy the true meaning of Christmas.
It's the most wonderful time of year and we shouldn't be stressed.
Have a WONDERFUL day!!
