Florida Living- I’m Totally Doing it Wrong!

Who Knew the Flamingo was HOT?

Living in a slice of paradise also known as Florida typically I think people associate Florida with one of 3 things:

• Gators
• Sunshine
• Flamingos

I’m loving the sunshine that the sunshine state brings, however I think I’m doing this Florida living all wrong.

Why you ask?

I think I need a few pieces of flamingo yard art in my lawn.

I’m seeing flamingos everywhere lately.  I am sure Russ wouldn’t mind a few flamingo’s in our yard over a gator. HA HA HA.

Pop of Paradise

One of the newest suites in our annual catalog is the Pop of Pink.  It’s a suite that when you see it, you smile.  It’s hip, trendy and instant paper sunshine.

The flamingo was the first thing I noticed in the Pop of Paradise stamp set but all of the images are FUN.

I added some of the Pop of Pink Specialty paper to this card.  Love the mix of Black, Melon Mambo and Gold that is mixed within this designer paper.  I instantly think of party favors for the summer when I see this paper.

I stamped the flamingo onto the Scalloped Tag Topper and then continued layering with more designer papers and cardstock.

There is a bit of fussy cutting on this card for the leaves, but it wasn’t difficult.
