It was a Big Shot night at my house with lots to learn and fun projects to make. The goal of the evening was to learn many of the fun dies and how to use them. Stampin’ Up! carries so many great dies with multiple uses. I love showing how you can do many projects with one die. Just as we do with stamps. Here are some of the projects I shared tonight. Grab your coffee… it’s a long one.
This box uses the Box #2 Die Cut and the Parisian Breeze Specialty Paper. We used the Wide Oval punch in the center with a window sheet to view the candy inside. The tag was made using Lots of Tags sizzlets. FABULOUS dies. I used a new Spring Mini stamp set called Great Friend.
This next project used the Scallop Circle, Clear Circle Die Cut and the Flower Embosslit die. I love that you can make fun trendy cards using the Scallop Circle die. We used the Clear Circle die to layer on top of Scallop Circle. I added a Fleurette to the Flower embosslit with a clear rhinestone brad. I love how delicate these Fleurettes are and they add a fun touch to any card.
This card just shows one more great use for the Top Note Die cut. I’m guessing this must be one of our most popular die cuts. Numerous uses have been found with this die. Here is another fabulous card. My friend Lisa shared this great technique and I was so excited. It’s so awesome and a GREAT way to use your beautiful Sale-A-Bration Designer Series Paper. This card also uses the Ribbon Bundle from Sale-A-Bration. The stamp set is Lovely Labels. The Bashful Blue Scallop is cut from the Pennant Die Cut.
The last card uses many dies. I started with the Movers & Shapers Curly Label Die Cut. Once cut, I used the Beautiful Butterflies die cut and the Textured plates on the bottom of the card. Stamps sets used are Flight of the Butterfly, Sprinkles, and It’s Your Birthday.
It was a GREAT night of fun and a great night for me to show why I LOVE my Big Shot!
Have a FABULOUS Sunday!
