There are two great reasons I love this stamp set.
- The images coordinate with the matching framelits making cutting a thing of the past. Just stamp and die cut.
- The greetings in this set are perfect for so many occasions making this a TOP versatile stamp set.
I decided to make the star on the right side of the card have a recessed look and feel by taking the larger star framelit and cutting out that edge. Once I layered this onto the base Whisper White cardstock I was able to stamp my star image perfectly inside that recessed star.
What do you think of this color combo? Basic Gray, Old Olive and Melon Mambo. It’s bright and cheery for SURE.
Another FUN product I used (boy are the coordinating products amazing with this stamp set) was the star stencils. So inexpensive yet so FUN to work with and create a new look for your card.
I wanted to add just a bit of ribbon to this card so I added a little of the Melon Mambo Cotton ribbon over the natural chevron ribbon. You can see here I turned the chevrons the other way. Once that was complete I added a little star with some Bakers Twine. Love the hanging star.
