Blast from the past…You might be thinking roller skating, 80's music, Boom Box on the shoulder? Okay, I guess if your an 80's girl like me these things fit the bill of "Blast From The Past". Our digital theme this week is a scrapbook layout of our childhood. Well… small little problamo…. All my cute childhood pics happen to be in a Traditional Scrapbook album already. Eeek! Yes! You know what this means… I would have to "scan" the oldie pics of myself. I was all set to do this but didn't want to pull the kiddo pics of me out of the book. As you know I procrastinate so calling mom on a whim today to scan a few pics of me wasn't going to happen. No worries though. I'm going to share a pic of when I was just the ripe young age of 25! I still call the age of 25 my childhood. In fact, I don't think I started thinking sensibly until I turned 40! Hmm… maybe that's even debatable.
I shared this photo back in July when the Prince and I celebrated our Anniversary. I love this photo for the sheer fact the moment was captured.
Tip: Believe it or not, you can still digitally scrapbook older photos. Just scan your photo and save it to your computer. Then you can drag and drop into My Digital Studio just like you do the rest.
Tip: Remember, you can change the color of an embellishment in My Digital Studio. Just click on the Re-Color Tool in your Design Center. I changed the color of my Rosette to Basic Gray from Crumb Cake.
This page has many layers and punches. You can see all the downloads I used for this layout HERE.
