I finally did it! It's been at least 6 months since the last time I scrapbooked a layout. I cannot believe it. Once upon a time before the big move I would scrapbook at least 6 layouts a month. It seemed like forever for me. I have been all out LAZY this week and crawled my laziness down to my stamp room this afternoon to catch the spirit again. When no stampin' spirit was coming my way I reverted to many magazines laying around just trying to find "something" to stamp. I needed a starting point. WHERE IS MY MOJO? I hate it when this happens! Since the inspiration was not coming from any magazine I came up with another plan. The Holiday Mini only has a few short days left and I need to use the fun things I have left from the mini. Second, I started looking at pictures. Slowly the mojo was coming back. I have the cutest 8 x 8 album from the Holiday Mini that is CUTE, CUTE, CUTE and I am going to fill that darn thing! You need it for your Fall pictures. Make sure you check your Holiday Mini Catalog to order yours today… tomorrow or before January 3rd. Need the number? Try this: 120885 . I love 8 x 8 because it's fast and fun and I think you will too. Another plus is the album matches the Autumn Spice DSP. I love when things coordinate.
Here is what I came up with:
I chose to start with my Fall photos from this year. This fall was just spectacular. Wow did I love it.
I used the Autumn Spice DSP
120808 Autumn Spice $11.95
The colors you find in this DSP are: Cajun Craze, Old Olive, More Mustard, Early Espresso- Scrumptious!
This shows the layout and the dimension I gave it. Lots of dimensionals including the photo.
I used the Broadsheet Alphabet (120585-Clear) and Notably Ornate (120561-Clear). Love that alphabet for any type of stamping project. I also used some of my Vintage Trinkets and Buttons from the Holiday Mini Catalog. A project without a button just seems naked. Can't have that.
I'm proud that I have ONE layout complete. Now to work on a few more. I hope to share those with you in the next few days. Don't worry-I'm working with the New Mini Occasions stuff too. Oh boy is all I can squeak out!

That is so funny that you haven't scrapped in so long. I just put up on my blog my first layout since the summer! I love your page…just beautiful! Hopefully you will be able to make some pages.
