I Finally Did It!
I can’t believe it myself, but I finally did it.
It’s been a LONG time since I offered an online class. About 3 years to be exact. It’s been on my To-Do list forever, but there have been a few things that got in my way.
This endeavor was not an easy task. I bet you’ll understand completely if you fall into the definition I know all to well… PROCRASTINATOR.
I pretty much run my life from my planner. About 3 planners to be exact- business, daily journal/stuff, prayer. My business planner has been busy. Each day adding this online class and at the end of the day adding it to the next day because once again I procrastinated. It’s the truth. All last week I wanted to change that. I finally did it and I’m excited about it.
This class is something I’ve wanted to offer forever. Why, you ask? Because I’m NOT a technique girl. I am the laziest stamper on the planet. By this I mean I use stamps, paper, ink and embellishments. I typically do not do anything fancy with the inks. Possibly the embellishments and paper. I love to layer, you know this. BUT fun backgrounds, crazy cutting, getting down and dirty with ink… ummmm….. NOT normally me.
So WHY a Technique class? I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and do something different and I finally did it!
If you want to see it, click the photo above or click HERE. You can register for the class and see the info. If your interest is peaked, then you can purchase . Again, I’m excited that I finally pulled it together. I truly enjoyed it. Keep in mind these are a bit more than the average card. Embellished, layered and fun – just how I enjoy creating them but with a fun technique added.
Acorny Thank You
Oh dear! I’ve got a cute little stamp set to share with you. These acorn images are adorable. I think they have a lot of possibilities too.
I don’t know what it is about Fall and these colors… but I love love love them.
The other thing I love is the “Hi” greeting. The Hi greeting and the “Dropping in to say Hi” are actually connected images. I decided to separate them. I knew I could use both separately more than together. This card is a quick one. Just a few layers of ribbons and a doily. There is a Acorn Builder PUNCH that coordinates with this stamp set. WAHOOO HOOOO! This is huge news. It can be purchased in a bundle as well. This is available tomorrow, September 1st. So exciting. You can see all the products at the end of this post.
Celebrating YOU!
I am so excited with the cards you shared with me last week. More importantly I was excited to hear that you were stamping. Sometimes that is the BIGGEST step when trying to dig out of a stamping funk. Starting small is perfect. I know it’s helped me many times. (many many times!) You can see the original post HERE.
I wanted to share some of the beautiful cards that ya’ll shared with me. These are gorgeous and definitely will inspire others.

Kimberly, when I click on the new class link, it takes me to the Classes to Go page, but then there’s nothing when I click on the new class name. It just gives you an opportunity to Pin the image. Just wanted you to know!!!
Hi Susan,
I just clicked through it to see and it seems to be clicking through. It will take you to a form. Once you register then you can see all the class information.
