Fall Handmade Cards

Vintage Leaves
One of my favorite stamps to use for fall handmade cards is Vintage Leaves.
The images in this simple leaf set look authentic and the added value is the coordinating framelits, Leaflets Framelits.
The Many Colors of Fall
One of the things we love about creating fall handmade cards is color.
When thinking of fall instantly we can think of the beautiful colors associated with the leaves changing. That gorgeous color pop of yellows, oranges and deep reds paints a beautiful picture of fall.
One color that is perfect in addition to the golden tones of fall is blue. Dapper Denim is a perfect deep blue for fall.
Dapper Denim and Delightful Dijon color combination is eye catching! Moroccan Designer Washi Tape was added to pull more blue and a bit of Early Espresso for additional color pop.
In addition, Gold Glimmer Paper was the perfect to add a little sparkle to this card.
Tips & Tricks
- A sponge dauber was used to create the background for this card. Simply add the color in a circular motion with the sponge dauber.
- Create splatter using the Gold Wink of Stella Glitter Brush, and Aqua Painter. Tap the brushes with your bone folder over the card.
- The greeting for this card comes from the Suite Seasons stamp set. Suite Seasons has a variety of sayings for all of the upcoming holidays.

This is gorgeous! I never would have thought of blue leaves for Fall, but not only did you pull it off, you made it look amazing! I love your layout and all your embellishments, too! I need to get my hands on this stamp set so I can CASE this great card!
