Friday’s should always be a day to celebrate and what better way than to create?
Today I’m sharing a fun video on creating paper loops that will add a little interest to your card.
It’s also a great reminder of the sweet season of Christmas.

This card was completely inspired by these candies below. Have you ever had them?
When I started playing around with the Candy Cane Christmas Suite, the candies instantly came to mind.
I had to put the idea to the paper test and see if it could come to life.
Click on the video below to learn how I created the fun paper loops.
Tips & Tricks
- Card base measures 4-1/4″ x 11. The two pieces of Crumb Cake cardstock measure 4″ x 5-1/4″ and 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″.
- All of the products used on this card are from the Candy Cane Lane Suite. See below for the products in this suite.
- The Layering Squares were used to create the scallop under the Label with the greeting.

What a pretty card, love that idea. I used to love that ribbon candy, but you have to be careful you don’t choke. LOL
