TGIF #12- Vintage Glam

This weeks challenge for TGIF is FUN FUN FUN! Fun because it’s all about NEW catalog favorites. YES! This means Kimberly gets to go WILD because she has so many new FAV’s!

Okay, so it didn’t happen exactly like that but I tried hard to go wild and enjoy creating with my NEW favorite stamp images. I still have a pile of stamps I’m making my way through and giddy when I feel the ideas coming on. Then once I pull out the set and start creating I am noticing a trend. I keep saying “This is my new FAV!”

Do you do that?? Funny how all of the images become our favorites. Although you know my love for VINTAGE so this set was a shoe in when I saw the word vintage.

Are you in love with the Watermelon Wonder and Delightful Dijon In Colors? The Watermelon screams VINTAGE to me. It kinda reminds me when we had that Poppy color. I cried when that retired. Not kidding.

I do love the Pool Party patterned paper with this card because the colors just jive.

This card has a few layers (like I wouldn’t do that???). To create a nice flow for this card I used the Confetti Star Punch on the bottom of the top Whisper White layer and placed a piece of Watermelon Wonder under the stars so they would pop.

The Delightful Dijon Stars were Embossed first and then die cut. Super easy.
