One Big Pile of Retiring Stamps!

Oh my! I have one BIG pile of retiring stamps I just pulled from my cabinet.

Not sure if I should laugh or cry.

I could laugh at myself for being so crazed over rubber stamps.

I could cry because there are so many beauties that I have a big attachment too!!

Or… I could face reality. I’m a craft-aholic. I love stamping. I love all of these stamps but it’s time for us to part ways because the craft-aholic in me says it’s time for the FRESH stamps to come.

We are not far from the new catalog arriving and this time of year makes my heart beat faster.

Just knowing that the cabinet will be filled with new stamps soon is EXCITING!! If it wasn’t so late I might even do a few cartwheels in my stamp room.

Before I get ahead of myself… let’s mourn a few good stamps.

This card is filled with some of my favorite retiring products. I love the Clockworks stamp set and it’s vintage feel. What was really shocking was my absolute favorite greeting that I use ALL the time- Perfectly Penned.

I did a little bit of sewing on this card. I used the Creped Filter Paper and cut the image out using the Circle Framelits. Then I did a quick stitch around the circle. I popped up the clock by punching it with a 1 3/8 Circle punch and then adhering with dimensionals.
