Working with Stampin’ Up! Vellum

Kimberly Van Diepen Stampin' Up!

There is something about Stampin' Up! Vellum that I love.  It provides that soft delicate feeling to any project.  I have found that my Vellum stash gets lost in my paper stash and I forget to pull it out.  Not today!

Working with Vellum can be fun and a little tricky.  Here are a few tips when working with Vellum.

*The surface is a little slick so you will want to use an ink that will not smear.  A great ink to work on Vellum is Stazon.

*Another way to use ink on Vellum is to use a Craft Ink with a Clear Embossing Powder.  This is a fantastic look.

*Stampin' Up!'s Vellum is a Heavy Cardstock Vellum.  Perfect to make envelopes with.

  1. That card is gorgeous, love that image. I haven't used vellum in forever but the vellum that I used is very thin. I just might have to purchase some from you to see the difference.

  2. Okay, now you are talking…this beauty took my breath away….love everything about it!   Thank you for the tips and video….  May have to do a blue one for my brother's upcoming b'day card…Thank you for the wonderful inspiration!
