Halloween Video Tutorial

I can barely contain myself with this cute little project I have for you tonight.  I've been working on them all day and can't stop the Halloween madness.  Halloween is one of my favorite holidays to stamp.  Call me crazy, but it's a fact.  I love Stampin' Up!'s Halloween images and there are so many to choose from.

Tonight I've made a video of the little 3-D item I'm going to show you below.  My girlfriend Christy passed along the idea and I changed the scores a little bit to make the hand sanitizers stay in place better.

Here are some of them all decked out:

To make these little cuties——->

Cut Basic Gray cardstock to 2 x 11.  (You will get 4 of these from one sheet of cardstock! SWEET)

Score cardstock at 1/2, 1 1/2, 3 1/2, 4 1/2, 7 1/2, and 8 1/2.  See the video for assembly.

I used the following stamp sets on most of the above items:

Tiny Tags (#118091)

Dark & Dreary (#121151)

Wicked Cool (#120600)

Wicked Fun Specialty paper (#117400)

  1. THANKS for sharing Kimberly! I have an in-home craft boutique coming up and needed ideas on cute items to display and possibly sell. I will make this FOR SURE but with a Christmas twist for stocking stuffers! You're awesome!

  2. Hi Kimberly!  Love the video!  I've been making a slew of these and showed it at Lisa's downline meeting last month.  I like how you tweaked it though.  BTW love the spider bracelet!  Ha!

  3. Thaks for postig this – I had seen it somewhere and wanted to do some but then got busy doing something else……
Too funny though that the gal that hates bugs is wearing one!

  4. Kimberly,
I love your project and tutorial!  I made one for my "roomies" for the Baltimore regionals earlier this month.  Yours is so much easier than the ones I made – plus your uses less paper.  I love it!
    Thanks for sharing this!
    Sandy

  5. Very cute idea – thanks for the video.  Sure hope the ghosts and goblins on the packages will help to scare away the germs for the receivers!

  6. Hi Kimberly; Great idea I will make this for my coworkers with chapstick. Thanks. Zeila from Puerto Rico

  7. Uh, excuse me??!!  Did you think I wouldn't notice that adorable SPIDER on your wrist??  HUH?!  Oh do tell, Sistah!
And, of course, I luv those precious boxes.  Bath 'n Body Works cashier thought I was insane buying 25 hand sanitizers!  Boo hoo that they were out of the Dracula's Blood one in red Ö  Super cute idea!  Luv it Ü  Now, on with the spider bracelet, hint hint!
