Project Life Shaker Card!
Because my time has been so crazy lately my time in the stamp studio has been very little. While I am chopping at the bit to use my Project Life set for scrapbooking, I’m also enjoying using these awesome Project Life cards for card making.
One of the cards in my Everyday Adventure Card kit was the black & white stripe with a punched heart. I thought this would be PERFECT to create a shaker card.
Shaker cards are easy to create using the Shaker Frames from Stampin’ Up! Since the shaker frame did not quite fit my heart I cut the circle and fit around my punched heart. Using our Window sheets I placed one on each side of the Shaker Frames and then punched a few random images using Basic Black, Whisper White and Basic Gray cardstock to fit inside.
I added a simple ribbon bow at the bottom and then stamped a greeting onto the Essential Wooden Elements.
Tip: Make sure to use Black Stazon ink when stamping onto your Wooden Elements. There is no feathering and it stamps nice and CRISP!
