Good morning and Happy Voting Day! I hope you have taken the time today to make your vote count. It's so important!
Today I want to share a layout I put together last night. I was playing with the new updates for MDS and viola, a layout was created. You are going to love the updates. See below for more information regarding the update.
This is a layout that I will put in a frame. Nothing to do with the great products used but everything to do with the picture. This picture was taken mid October last month and it signifies many changes our family has been going through. Since my sweet Prince has been home from Iraq (almost a year!) there have been some rough days. It's amazing how children react to an absence of a parent and how long it takes to get things back to the pre-deployment state. Of course when a sweet little boy still thinks he's the man of the house this can make things difficult too. Let's just say there has been a lot of work on relationship rebuilding over the last 11 months. We've all learned a lot this past year and it's a GREAT thing.
This picture SERIOUSLY makes my heart happy. I know that we are FAR from perfect but our love for each other is strong and although there may be a few more rough patches we can get through it.
You can see all the supplies I used for this layout HERE.
Today's also a new day for Digital Downloads. You can see all the NEW downloads in this PDF. It's all about Sports this week. These downloads are sure to make great projects and layouts for sporting fans.
*Important* There is a new MDS 2 update that you will want to make sure to get. You can click HERE and you can update your software for either a Mac or PC. The exciting part of this update is now we have all 75 upgrades of the program. The updates are FANTASTIC!!
I have a little card to share today too!! I had seen this card on Pinterest but using non Stampin' Up! products and I wanted to re-create it. I love how simple this card is.
When creating this card I die cut my Label Framelit first and then started stamping. I love how these beautiful butterflies fit perfectly within the label and I could include a greeting as well. I paired the International Bazaar Designer Series Paper with this set and I love how the vibrant colors really stand out.
You can find all the supplies I used for this card below.
Supplies Used:
Stamps: Kindness Matters
Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla
