Dang! My day got past me again. I spent a good portion of my day hopping around different Antique stores today. Actually, I've been on a vintage high because I've been doing a lot of Vintage/Antique shopping for the last 3 days. YIKES. I've been working on the Piano room and I'm pretty excited that it's almost complete. Infact, today I bought a beautiful chandelier to finish the room. WHOA! Here are a few pieces that came together over the last few days.
We finally finished the wall with all kinds of Vintage frames that we found at Estate Sales. They were super cheap except for a few. The shutter above the Piano is not complete. I actually have another shutter to add and it has to be moved. Plus, I can see a beautiful banner across the shutter… Can YOU? Moving the shutter doesn't make the Prince happy. Oops. He can't complain though. He is on restriction from buying Piano Rolls. We finally found a piece to hold all the piano rolls and we still need MORE space. YIKES. He went shopping by himself yesterday and got in more trouble. LOL. He bought a Victor Victrola. I think that's the name of it. Ut-Oh. It sounds like that anyways. It works and we love it.
I have more treasures to share later this week. We are really excited that the room is coming together. It's been so much fun designing it.
I spent the rest of my day cleaning my stamp room. I'm not sure how any of my customers have survived in this room. It's a dust pit. I've done an overhaul on the dust bunnies and I think I've captured them all for today.
I wanted to share a card I made for my Stamps in the Mail participants during the last round. This was a bonus card that I shared with them. I loved using this stamp set. We made tons of fun cards.
The stamp set is the Rue Des Fluers. So Vintage and SO pretty. You can see I used that beautiful Sale-a-Bration DSP on this card. I hope you were able to pick up plenty of this paper. It's just beautiful. Below you will see the products I used. I hope you enjoy it.
Have a GREAT week.
