I'm excited about today's project and you are getting a sneak peek before my Prince is!
Do you still write love notes? Russ and I still do.
Although they are typically in the form of a Post it Note with a To-Do list added.
Each year starting on February 1st I give my Prince a Valentine every day until the BIG day!
Below is a list of some of my Favorite Valentines Projects in the Past:
This year along with the Valentine I wanted to give just a pinch more.
I thought a fun Valentine Love Note Jar would be the perfect ticket.
This Love Note Jar is super easy and fast and would even be fun for kids.
My jar uses Recycled paper again and I cut my heart just as I had done for this project HERE.
I wanted a vintage vibe for the project so I used this VERY old music note paper I found on one of my recent Junkin' trips.
I *LOVE* when I find a sweet treasure like old music note papers.
They are HARD to find and so fun to work with.
I made the hearts simply by using my heart framelits and layering many layers together to give it more texture.
I used my Hot Glue gun to keep the layers more secure.
On the inside I have about 20 strips of 3/4" x 51/2" Crumb Cake Cardstock each with a very simple note.
Some are date nights, movie nights and some just tell him the reasons that I love him so much.
While he may know these things, I believe seeing it in writing is just a reminder.
I love being able to make a handmade gift like this love note jar. It beats a box of chocolates any day.
You can find all of these great products in my Online Store or by simply clicking the pictures below.
Remember, it's Sale-a-Bration. A time where you really get a lot of BANG for your BUCK!
Make this weekend the BEST ever!
