Christmas Glamper Greetings

Christmas Glamper Greetings

When I first laid my eyes on the Glamper Greetings stamp set, I knew I had to have it.

This stamp set was FIRST on my wish list and first to be opened.

Then it sat on my craft table forever.

It wasn’t until I was asked to share this stamp set in Atlanta that it finally was used.

Do you have a similar story? I’d love to know what set is patiently waiting for you to use.

Two Cards Two Ways

My goal for sharing this set included sharing a wow version and a simple version.

Both versions are completely duplicatable.

WOW Factor

The only reason I’m going to give this card a label of “WOW” is because of the extra elements I used.

Plus it does have some fussy cutting.

Be honest… are you a lover or hater of fussy cutting?

I love fussy cutting… but I know it’s not everyones favorite.

I find fussy cutting relaxing. Call me CRAZY!!

A few of the extra’s I included consisted of the following:

  • Mini Jingle Bells
  • Red Metallic Thread
  • Designer Series Paper

One of my favorite elements on this card includes the Mini Jingle Bells.  I’ve definitely used these on many projects this year.

One thing that is hard to capture in the photo is the Red Glitter Embossing Powder.

It’s just enough sparkle and fun to watch that glitter get shiny when you heat it. That’s a WOW!

I used Kraft cardstock for the base of my card.  A very simple background was created using the glamper image and VersaMark.

Simple and Fun

Now let me share a little skimmed down version.  It’s not much of a change, but notice the subtle differences.

What you probably notice right away  is there is no Designer Series Paper.  It’s a simple change, but one that I thought made a pretty big difference.

One other bling factor I added to this card is the sequins.  A simple yet fun way to spruce up any card.

The Red Glimmer Paper was a perfect addition for both card.

The Glamper Greetings stamp set has REALLY cute and tiny images to create holiday cards for all seasons and can be used all year long.

Regardless of a wow or simple version using this stamp set, the card is going to be darling.

I mean… the glamper… HELLO! SO cute!

I have a few more cards I’ll be sharing using this stamp set over the next week.

  1. Hi Kim….your comments hit home this morning. “I have to have that set!” I’ve said that so many times, get it in the pre-order and then it sits. Why is that? That was the case with the “Remarkable You” stamp set from the Annual Catalog. Had to have it, ordered it in my first order from that catalog and then it sat. I’ve looked at it many times for projects and it gets passed over….until this weekend for my Hostess Club. I finally used it, watercoloring the lotus flower image for a sympathy card and it was beautiful! My ladies loved it. I guess I should give those sets a little more love more often.
Thanks for sharing your project….so cute!
    Have a great day.

  2. This is so adorable! I love the diy dsp background on the kraft colored paper. I also love the embellishments, on both card versions. Glimmer paper… why does it not come in every single color?

  3. Oh my, you have convinced me to put this stamp set on my wish list. I have been going back in forth about getting this stamp set. My husband and I even own a camper. I like all the little stamps that you can dress up the camper with ,too! Thanks and Merry Christmas
