Three Strikes and we are OUT!
Drama! As usual Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without DRAMA. My brother is stuck in a Seattle Airport! My sister in law got in a fender bender this afternoon and then there is ME! Vacation just wouldn’t be vacation without a trip to the ER. I have a terrible sinus infection that decided to blow up the right side of my face. My right eyeball has been swollen the last three days and today I couldn’t take it anymore. So, two and half hours, antibiotics and a few warm face clothes… I am feeling slightly better. I guess the good news is I am close to my MOMMY! You know mommy’s make everything better. 
Let’s pray the drama is complete.

I am happy to hear you are feeling better (it’s not fun being sick at Christmas) and everything will be better in two days.
Just think of all of this as beautiful memories. At the moment it all seems like drama but one day you can laugh about it all and retell the story of “Remember the Christmas when….”

I hate getting sick on vacation, but I find I always get sick when I allow myself time to relax. I think we are not used to slowing down in this fast pace we call life. I’m glad you are feeling better.
