The Tree is Up!

It all started this morning when Russ and I said, "Let’s put the Christmas tree up!"  How could a little tree start a cleaning spree that really almost NEVER ended.  I guess it started with moving a few furniture pieces and then before you know it I was in the kids rooms cleaning things I had not seen in forever.  By the end of the day the ornaments were hung, the kids were smiling and Russ and I were DRAGGING.  Never the less, I found some fun stamping things I want to share. 

Since the tree went up, here are a few ornaments I made.  Some of the pieces are from the Country Living Holiday Collection.   Oh I just love this kit.  These ornaments are made with many of the elements from the kit but I added a few different stamps to see how they would turn out. 

I used the stamp set To You & Yours and embossed it with Iridescent Ice.  Season’s Greetings was embossed with Black EP. 

This ornament I used the stamp sets To You & Yours and A Wish for Peace.  Not sure what I think of the bird… ???

Well, I must admit I am pooped out with all the cleaning I have done today.
