I loved your story! I am a teacher and I always tell the parents of my students that, "If you believe half of what your children tell you about me, I'll believe half of what they tell me about YOU!" Kids are SO FUNNY – you've got to love them.
I'm sure the teachers really appreciate the time you put into those gifts. How thoughtful of you!

You have the most wonderful family stories to share with us! You could be a writer as well as the fabulous stamper and teacher that you are in the stamping world. Lucky teachers, I'm sure they will love your gifts! I'm sure many of us have similar "Mother of the Day/Week/Month/Year" awards hanging around – even though our kids may be adults, we still get them – LOL! You should have told the kids you were very rich without explaining. I always told mine that as long as we had a roof over our heads, food in the fridge, clothes to wear and most importantly each other's love we were extremely rich. Love the teacher's basket…it's awesome. I'm a teacher…can I have one? Love ya!

How funny….. I know exactly where you are coming from. I'm a substitute teacher and I get a million questions when I first enter a room. I have subbed my daughters class and most of the kids know me now. If I have learned anything….you answer the questions with the least amount of words as the kids can take them out of context very easily.

LOL at your funny story! I remember going to my nephew's Christmas party at school thinking "Man, this looks terrible, how can these teachers stand to do this!" I never dreamed I'd decide to be a teacher myself in the next few years! ha! I love your teacher gift basket, WOW! You are so thoughtful and I know how much those teachers appreciated it!

I think you should have told that little girl to look at the gorgeous basket of goodies you brought for the teacher… THAT would have told her everything she needed to know The basket was LOVELY and I can imagine how blessed and pleased the teachers felt!! You rock!!
