Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes!  I made it safely and have been busy chattin’ it up.  So exciting to be here. Only have a quick minute, but I thought I would share these beauties with you.  The catalog is AMAZING.  YOU may pee yourself when you see it.  SERIOUSLY!

While I should of been packing last night, I couldn’t help but STAMP!  I think you will enjoy this little treat holder.  I plan on doing one of these similar in a stamp camp this month. 

Isn’t this the cutest thing?  Once again, I LOVE my Big Shot.  I don’t know how I paper crafted without it for so many years.  The ideas are endless with this thing.  I used my Petal Card die cut and cut two of them out in Riding Hood Red cardstock.  I used a background stamp on both sides.  I just put the two petal cards together and there you have a HEART!  So fun!  The hearts on top of the big heart are made using the Sizzlet Hearts.  Now keep in mind you can’t stuff very much in these little treat holders.  They would make a GREAT holder for Tea Bags.  I just love it.  

Time to get ready for a morning coffee club and then more packing.  I am off to Orlando tomorrow morning early. I’m looking forward to the time spent with friends all over the US.  It’s always like a reunion.  I will share pics of Leadership as I am there if time permits.  You know I am CHATTY!  :)

I gave it a little face lift tonight:

Not much difference, however the butterfly now has Iridescent Ice all over it.  Very pretty.  I’ve had a few people ask me about making the banners on the cards so I thought I would show you in a few pics how to make them.  Hopefully this will give you more of a visual and help you when making your own.  They are soooooo addicting.

Okay, and now one last card for tonight.  I really do not want to see the stamp set Season of Friendship go.  It’s currently in the Holiday Mini and I adore this set.  I love it because you can use it for sooooooo many holidays.  Here is my take on Valentines with it!

Thankfully the Love You Much stamp set coordinates VERY WELL with the Heart punch.  It made this card much easier.

I used the Large Scallop Die Cut to make the base and then the Scallop #2 for the Kraft Cardstock and my main image.  I stamped Crazy for Cupcakes on the Kraft cardstock using Basic Black ink and then used markers, dazzling diamonds and that puffy stuff for the tops of the cupcakes.  This is when Alexis started dancing around my stamp room.  She thought this was "COOL"!  The Designer Paper comes from the Level 3 Hostess Simply Scrappin’ Kit as well as the Flower that is stamped at the top.  I also added a Button on top of the flower to give it a little more dimension.

Once again, lots of dimensionals.  Most important, she loved them. 

I also made a quick Valentine card tonight using A Happy Heart.  This set is in the Holiday Mini so it won’t be available too much longer.  Super set and fun to stamp! 

I used an eraser to make the polka dots with Whisper White Craft Ink on the bottom of the card. 

Have a super weekend. I will be working on swaps for Leadership this weekend.  Lots of stampin’ is in my future.  Whoo Hoo!

I have tons of new fun product in my stamp room and honestly wasn’t sure which I should pick up first.  My friend Lisa reminded me of a VERY fun stamp set we received at Founders that I had locked away. This set will be in the New Catalog and really is GORGEOUS!  It’s called Simple Friendship.  Here is a sample I made with it tonight.  I’m thinking this will be one of my swaps for Leadership. 

Here is a closer look and you can see all the layers it has.  It uses a few dimensionals. 

I used Baja Breeze and Kraft cardstock with a little Whisper White mixed in.  Yes, you see glitter.  I used Iridescent Ice.  I really tried to stay away from that stuff since my family thinks I wear it now, but I couldn’t help it.  *wink*

One of my New Years Resolutions -that I never keep- is to scrapbook more.  I had this awesome new scrapbooking kit laying on my desk that I really wanted to play with.  Check this out! 

This kit is a new Level 3 Hostess Simply Scrappin’ kit.  Of course I don’t have the name of it in front of me, however as you can see it’s a beauty.  The cupcake and stripe paper come from this kit as well as the rub ons and cupcake stamp.  This really got my groove going when I pulled out all that fun stuff.  This page is 8.5 x 11 and the photo size is 5 x 7.  I also used new Designer Hardware called Hooray.  I am crossing my fingers there will be many more of these in the new catalog for us to play with.  Won’t this make scrapbooking even more enjoyable???? 

My little girl turns six in just a few short days.  I will be at Leadership on her actual birthday so we had a surprise party while down in Florida and now I am planning one here for her little girlfriends to attend.  She is super excited like any six year old should be. 

Time for me to work on my swaps.  My time is ticking FAST!

I’ve also been playing with my Photoshop program and made this little fun thing below with my program.  First let me say this is one of the hardest programs I have ever tried to learn.  The more I practice the better it gets. 

Now as for what I did here?  Oh my… I can’t really remember.  Maybe one day I will be able to figure this out and share fun photo techniques with you as well.  Right now I am just happy I can crop and sharpen a photo.  :)  Here are a few more pics of our day.

The weather here was in the 70’s and I hate to admit to my cold weathered friends but we had the air conditioner on.  Doesn’t seem right considering it’s December.  Honestly, I’ll take it.  I know what I am going back to. 

I will leave you with a few fun projects I did before I left.  I hope you had a great Christmas.  Just enjoy the season.

What  a GREAT feeling to leave 16 degree weather and arrive in 72 degrees.  We had great flights and made it in on time.  The kids, although very tired were very excited to see their Nene and PawPaw.  Here you can see!

We had lots of hugs and kisses and then I was off to do some Christmas shopping.  I am super behind. 

I wanted to share a gable box I had decorated this past week for the teachers.  I used the Together Forever Wheel on the Gable Boxes using Basic Black ink and rolled the entire box.  Inside I placed pretty lotions and chapsticks.  They were so cute.
