I spent the better part of my day today packing up all the Christmas decorations and pulling out my Valentines decorations.  Once again I have successfully confused my children as I was pulling out the Valentines items out of the closet.  Alexis told me at least 5 times that it wasn’t for another month and was this really necessary?  Jeesh!  I think she was so concerned because her birthday is just a week away.  My little girl will turn six very soon and she seems to think I will forget.  Tonight I proved her wrong.  We sat down and made the invitations to her party.  She was giddy with excitement. 

I used the Large Scallop Die Cut to make the base and then the Scallop #2 for the Kraft Cardstock and my main image.  I stamped Crazy for Cupcakes on the Kraft cardstock using Basic Black ink and then used markers, dazzling diamonds and that puffy stuff for the tops of the cupcakes.  This is when Alexis started dancing around my stamp room.  She thought this was "COOL"!  The Designer Paper comes from the Level 3 Hostess Simply Scrappin’ Kit as well as the Flower that is stamped at the top.  I also added a Button on top of the flower to give it a little more dimension.

Once again, lots of dimensionals.  Most important, she loved them. 

I also made a quick Valentine card tonight using A Happy Heart.  This set is in the Holiday Mini so it won’t be available too much longer.  Super set and fun to stamp! 

I used an eraser to make the polka dots with Whisper White Craft Ink on the bottom of the card. 

Have a super weekend. I will be working on swaps for Leadership this weekend.  Lots of stampin’ is in my future.  Whoo Hoo!

It’s a happy day in my house.  I have all my convention stuff everywhere.  The house is a mess and I don’t care.  I just love looking at all the goodies.  I wanted to share a few more pics from convention and a card I received from my Virginia group I thought was just gorgeous.   Before I do this, I have to give a HUGE shout out to a few of my downline because I am just so excited for them.  I had two Rising Stars this year and two earn the incentive trip.  My cheeks hurt from all the smiling I have done just thinking about their accomplishments.  Really it is amazing. They all worked so hard.  Congratulations Denise Johnson and Joey Pogorel for the amazing achievement of Rising Star!  WOW!  And a big congratulations to Denise Johnson and Arnheidur for earning the incentive trip to Hawaii.  I can’t wait to put our bootie cheeks in the sand together.  WOW!!!! 

I love these pictures.  I love seeing all those women at convention "trying" to get to lunch.  Love that pic!

The next picture is myself, Heather Summers, Dawn Raspas and Alicia!  Another happy picture. My cheeks really had a workout at convention!  They still hurt.

LOVE this picture!  This is when I found out I made Founders Circle.  Denise is giving me a great big hug.  What a GREAT moment that was! The most exciting part was all my downline around me!  What a very special moment.

These two ladies mean the world to me.  That’s Denise on the left and Jackie on the right.  This picture makes me smile really BIG!

Okay, here is a little creative inspiration.  I need to go mount those new stamps.  I feel like getting my hands inky!!!

You will notice that this card has a piece of cardstock inside so that it can sit on your desk pretty.  Isn’t that such a cool idea?  I loved that.  I have it on mine to remind me to DREAM BIG!

I know, spank me! It’s been awhile. Lots of things going on and no time for playing on my blog. To sum a month and half of not blogging… here it goes!
