13 years ago I had never heard of Stampin’ Up! and had no clue what rubber stamping was. It’s amazing to see where I’ve come from that point.
I enjoy the simplest of projects to the more complex. As long as I’m stamping, I’m a happy girl.
Today I want to share with you two stamping projects, one very simple and the other a little more complex.
Paper Pumpkin

Step it Up!
If you have been a crafter for a while, stepping up a project is always fun.
Keep in mind, stepping it up doesn’t mean its difficult. It could mean just a few extra layers of cardstock or embellishments.
It could also mean learning a fun new technique.
This card was created using the Oh So Succulent stamp set available from the Occasions Catalog available on January 4th.
Create It!
Whether you are using the Oh So Succulent stamp set, the simple technique used below can be used with other lined image stamps.
Each flower has ink color added using a Sponge Dauber stamped into the center of each flower.
The colors used for the centers of the flowers include:
- Cucumber Crush
- Bermuda Bay
- Sweet Sugarplum
- Mint Macaron
The flowers can be die cut (coordinating die cut) or fussy cut with scissors and then layered onto the card front.
The Fabulous Foil Designer Acetate adds a beautiful touch to any project.
You will also see a simple technique using cardstock to create a felt ribbon. Click HERE to watch a video on this technique.
Finish it Up!
Enamel Dots, the last embellishment added to the card front for a finishing touch. These come in a variety of colors that coordinate with Stampin’ Up! cardstock, inks and other embellishments.
Color coordination of products makes creating simple with Stampin’ Up! and one of my favorite things about our products.
