Little Gingerbread Men
Happy Labor Day!
I hope you are resting all day and putting forth NO Labor. Today I will spend a little time reflecting on a GREAT Summer and the end to relaxing and gearing up for the chaos that is ahead. Brandon begins Middle School tomorrow and he is SUPER excited. Alexis is ready to rule the school now that Brandon is not in it. Deep inside I think she will miss seeing him. It's all a new adventure and we are excited to begin it.
I wanted to share another Christmas card with you today. One of my favorites from the Holiday Mini has been the new scented embossing powders that Stampin Up! has. They smell so yummy.
This card was super quick to put together with the help of the Scentsational Season Clear Mount Bundle. This bundle comes with the Scentsational Season stamp set and the Holiday Collection Framelits. WOW what a GREAT bundle.
I simply stamped the gingerbread men with Early Espresso ink and then covered them with VersaMark ink and sprinkled the Sugar & Spice Embossing Powder over them. While they are heating up you can smell the amazing scent and it's almost seems edible. I threaded each of them using the Whisper White Bakers Twine and placed them onto the First Edition DSP. Very simple and a fast card.
Next I need to get out my Halloween/Fall stamps and get to creating with them. They are my favorite to create with. Yippie.
