I love New Toys!
I’ve had my new toys from the New Spring Occassions Mini for a couple of days now and I’ve just been busy as a bee teaching and no time to play. Tonight, I sat down and just needed to unwind with a few stamps and this gorgeous new Embossing plate. You know how much I ***LOVE*** my Big Shot and now that we have these beautiful texture plates and embossing folders it just adds so much more. Tonight I used the Manhatten Embossing Folder on Pink Pirouette cardstock and lightly sponged Pretty in Pink ink over the image to make it stand out just a bit more. Check it out…

I used the stamp set Oval All with the Scallop Oval Punch for my sentiment. Very classy stamp set.
Not much longer and these sets can be yours. They will be available on April 1st. You can have this beautiful Manhatten Flower Textured Impressions Die NOW for only 7.95. Love it.
Have a terrific weekend.

Here For You!
Well sugar biscuts! I meant to post this much earlier today and the day just got away from me! I hate it when that happens.
Anyhoo, here is a fun card made with the Friends 24-7 stamp set. My stampers in my Stamps in the Mail program are enjoying fun projects using this stamp set. Here is a little bonus project for them as well as you. The finished size of this card is 4 x 4.

Gotta run again… I have piles of work, designs and paper on my desk. Holy Cow!

New Inspiration!
When Russ came home tonight and brought the mail to me, there was a NEW Pottery Barn magazine in the mix. I love this magazine although there isn’t much of Pottery Barn in my house. I love the magazine for color inspiration and was super siked when I opened it up and saw our beautiful Trendy Tree’s starring at me on sheets! I want the sheets for my bed. Isn’t this adorable:

Anyhoo, I finally received my adorable Carousel Notes. This is what I played with tonight!

This is the Ruby Red Carousel Note. I cut a Pink Pirouette circle using the Circle Scissor and matted it using dimensionals onto to the Carousel Note. Then I cut strips of Tangerine Tango, Bashful Blue and Kiwi Kiss cardstock for the center. Lastly I cut Whisper White cardstock in two different sizes for the top of the Carousel Note and stamped on the smaller Whisper White. The trees were stamped in Rose Red, Tangerine Tango, Kiwi Kiss and So Saffron. I used the Dress Up Ribbon Originals around the middle of the card. The sentiment comes from the Really Retro stamp set. This is very spring looking and since it was 70 degrees here in Colorado today, I am feeling a little "Springy!"
Hope your Monday was super FaBuLoUs!
