Lucky Me!

Good morning!

I wanted to share a layout I put together quickly the other day using the Pinch Proof stamp set.  Honestly I am not a big St. Patty’s day girl, but I love making the holiday fun with the kids.  You know the drill… sprinkle some green glitter around the house and act like a leprachun! :)   The kids already think I’m crazy so one day of acting like a little green guy will change nothing.

Okay, so about the layout.  I used lots of fun tools on this one.

First let me say it’s been a long time since I used Glorious Green cardstock.  In fact there was a little dust on it.  :(    I used the Pinch Me Jumbo Wheel using Glorious Green ink and wheeled the bottom of the layout.  I matted this piece on Kiwi Kiss cardstock.  The photo of Alexis was cut using the new BIGZ Clear Die.  How easy to use a clear die and know exactly where you want to cut your photo.  I matted the photo onto the Kiwi Kiss scallop and it was cut using the BIGZ Scallop die.  The other scallop pieces were cut using the Scallop #2 Die Cut.  I also added the new yummy Corduroy Kiwi Kiss buttons.  Love these things.   The best part about scrapbooking with Stampin’ Up! toys is the coordination.  I love how it all comes together!

Enjoy your weekend.  It’s a beautiful day here in Colorado!

Sweet Spring

It’s not exactly spring time here however I can dream for a bit.  It was Scrap Club here tonight and I just love these ladies!  They just make me giggle.

Tonights layout used lots and lots of the Big Shot.

This layout uses the Playful Petals stamp set and the Tea Party Designer Series Paper.  Two very fun products and great for scrapbookers. I must admit that my club members left with Scissor cramp tonight and I am surprised they left without cutting one of my fingers off.  :)

So just what Big Shot items did we use?  Here is a list:  Serif Alphabet, Flower Layers #3, Billboard Alphabet, Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Butterflies.  I used the new Circle Scissor to cut the circles out and I also used White Felt for many of the die cut flowers on the page.  The flowers at the bottom of the page are stamped in Whisper White craft ink and then clear embossed.

Hope you’ve had a great week and have a super fabu weekend!

Holy Birds!

Seriously! Where does the time go???  It has been a bit crazy here in my house.  Lovers day, Sick kids, lots of crazy stampin! I have lots to share and finally time to sit and write about it.  Nevermind it’s 1:30am!  YIKES!  I’ll make this post fairly quick, but I really wanted to share my birdies with you!

Little Birdie notepad

This little notepad holder is so fun with that Good Morning Sunshine Designer Series Paper.  I love those little chubby blue birds.  I think this could cheer just about anyone up.  :)   The stamp set is from Cheep Talk (113204).  I love putting these colors, Tangerine Tango and Pacific Point together.  Reminds me of summer and honestly I could use a little summer right now.  I am finding that I am using that Whisper White Organza ribbon on everything.  It is such a great ribbon choice.

Oh Little Bird

This card size is 5 x 5.  The card base is Whisper White and then I added So Saffron cardstock at the bottom Pacific Point in the middle and then added Good Morning Sunshine DSP on the top.  There is my little chubby blue bird.  Stinkin’ cute.  I added a Kiwi Kiss Corduroy Button (114338) and I LoVe LoVe LoVe them.  What an amazing product!

Hello There

My last card tonight is actually a 3 x 5 Notecard.  I stamped Big Bird in Kiwi Kiss and added some Dazzling Diamonds onto his wing.  I used the On Board So Tweet flower and covered it with Summer Sun Craft ink.  Once dry, I added a Pacific Point Corduroy brad (114341).

Well, that’s all my bird news for tonight.  Much more to share this week including a scrapbook page!

Have a GREAT week!

This card uses the Congrats stamp set and Polka Dot Punches.  As you can see, I pretty much stuck with Whisper White and Bashful Blue cardstock.

I hope you’re having a fabulous week so far.  Valentines Day is almost here.  Have you stamped that special someone a card yet?  I have, just haven’t sent them.  UGH!

A Friendly Door Hanger Pouch!

Three Little Words

Just THREE little words… I Love Sale-A-Bration!  This card uses one of the Sale-A-Bration sets called Polka Dot & Punches.  The heart is stamped and then punched with the full heart punch.  Love the ease of making this card.  The Designer Series Paper is also Sale-A-Bration.  The colors used for this card include So Saffron, Sahara Sand, Whisper White and Bashful Blue.  The hearts are popped up using dimensionals.

This fun door hanger pouch was made using a pattern straight from the pattern library on our Demonstrator Site.  I love using the patterns on there.  There are 1000 patterns on the site for our use.  Great reason to become a demonstrator!  *wink*

For this one I used Kraft cardstock and printed the pattern directly to the cardstock.  Once cut, I used the Rub On’s from the Level 3 Hostess set called Hand Drawn Bundle.  I just love everything about this bundle.  The stamps are fun, the rub on’s practical and the paper colors are sassy!

TIme for me to get ready for a nice lunch date.  Have a fantastic Wednesday!
