All it takes is a little MUSIC!

I needed "get down and shake it" music!  That’s what gets my Stampin’ Juices rollin’ again.  Once I got the kids settled into their favorite things I bolted to my stamp room and turned on my favorite boogie music and things started happening.

I have a craft show tomorrow and as always and true KIMBERLY spirit, it’s last minute for me.  I have cards coming out of my ears but I love having cute candy treats on the table! Over the next few days I will share with you some of my favorite craft show things to make.

These little tins are so fun to make and super easy.  Wrap some pretty paper around some candy for the inside and decorate the outside of the tin and you have a beautiful fast gift.  I made three of these tonight super fast.  Of course I could of put plenty more bells and whistles on these, but honestly… your racking up your dollars on embellishments when doing that.  Keep them cute and simple and you have yourself a fun thing to sell at a craft show. I’m sure this question will be asked… "How much to sell them for?"  Probably $3-4 per tin?  After living in so many states doing these craft shows, every state is different.  A big sign your price is too high is you still have them at the end of the day! :) As for where I got the tins… I honestly can’t remember.  However, I bet my tin pimp can remember!  Oh Peggy?  Where did we get these beauties?

Here are my tins!

Red and Chocolate Chip is just YUMMY!

One last thing.  Yesterday I posted this funky fold card.  I’ve had a few questions on the dimensions and how to make it.  I’ll give you the dimensions and a few of the score marks, but I have no idea how to tell you in words how to fold this crazy card.  Cardstock is 5 x 10.  Score on the long side at 2 1/2 and 5.  Then start the crazy folding.  I know I am not much help on this card.  UGH!  If anyone knows of where someone has posted directions for something similar, I will gladly post it.

Oh, and one MORE thing.  I have to give a big thank you to the many of you that visit here and write the kindest comments.  If you only knew how many times you make me smile.  I love to share and I love hearing from you.  It gives me warm fuzzies!

Nighty nights!

My MOJO is missing!  CRAZY!

I made this card about a week ago.  It uses the stamp set Snow Swirl and To You & Yours.  Great fold, but a little complicated to figure out in the beginning.  Hopefully I will feel a little stamping Mojo this weekend.  I hate it when this happens.  I created a few things tonight and honestly they were just UGLY!  Could be I need a little music in my stamp room and NO news!  Jeesh!

Thanks for stopping by!

Well, what more can you say about these guys?  They are just adorable.  They use the Top Note die cut and really are fun and easy!

These little cuties are made with the scallop punch and Photo Corner Punch.  So easy and so cute for any child to make.  My little girl even made bats.  :)

Getting things Done!

I am sure you are like me where you have a build up of projects that need to be completed but they are just waiting for you to have time.  This is what happened with this cool Calendar Kit that is in the new Holiday Mini.  I’ve had it sitting on my desk for weeks just waiting to be put together.  Once I put it together I was mad at myself because it’s so easy.  It took about 30 min from start to finish.

You can see here that I used a piece of chipboard under the "2009". I inked it up and then used Iridescent Ice on it to make it sparkle and pretty.  This is the only thing I changed from what comes in the kit.  What a great gift for a friend or family member.

Here is another Halloween card I did as well.  If you remember the pumpkin layout , I did this card similar to it.  I used the Chills & Thrills Rub On’s to make the pumpkin face and my coluzzle to make the pumpkin.

Halloween Crazy!

I’ve had some stampin’ time today.  The kids have a new game and they are quietly playing with a huge smile on their face.  I thought I would take advantage of the quiet play and play with my own stuff.  :)

I’ve gone a little crazy with my Halloween stash.

The question would be, "Which Halloween set didn’t I use?"  I love this wheel Frightful Fence.  I stamped it on Kraft cardstock and then embossed it with White EP.  I decided I would cut it out and even between the fence lines.  (Have I lost my mind?)  I also used Season of Friendship, again!  Then, I added the bats, cat and owl from the stamp set Halloween Frights.   Most important I had a great time stamping this and it was pretty mindless.
